Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa is delighted to unveil its exciting ‘Guestchefs: Guest Chef Series’ events; inviting foodies and wine connoisseurs alike to discover innovative Mediterranean cuisine through a series of events held throughout the year, showcasing the best gastronomy of the island of Mallorca.
To commemorate the special occasion of Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa’s 5th anniversary, the hotel will be celebrating 5 gastro events throughout this season.
On 20 April, Abraham Artigas of Ponderosa Beach, famed for his rice dishes and fresh creations from the sea, will join Javier Soriano, the hotel’s executive chef at Cap Roig and provide an unforgettable menu for you to enjoy.
For the second event on 25 May, Jonay Hernández will take over the kitchen at Cap Roig to conjure up a special menu of six mouth-watering dishes. The chef promises to deliver a truly authentic Spanish experience with influences from Tenerife.
Maria Salinas will be bringing her homely and welcoming cooking style from her own restaurant right through Es Fanals at Jumeirah Port Soller on 29 June.
A true tapas celebration will be provided by popular Chef Bernabé Caravotta from Ombu Restaurant. Expect exciting flavoursome creations combined with our very own chef Javier Soriano signature tapas on 28 September at Es Fanals Restaurant.
